Belarus No 39 in 2017 Global Cybersecurity Index
The latest Global Cybersecurity Index released by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) ranks Belarus as 39th ahead of countries like Spain (54), Portugal (56), and Lithuania (57).
The top 4 countries on the list are Singapore, the USA, Malaysia, Estonia, and Oman. The Global Cybersecurity Index relies on the ITU's global cybersecurity program and analyzes five categories: legal measures, technical measures, organizational measures, capacity building and cooperation.
