Belarus, Russia mull over mutual visa recognition deal by year-end


Minsk and Moscow are expected to sign an agreement on mutual recognition of visas by the end of 2017, under the plan of action for 2017-2020 on the development of the common migration space of the Union State. The plan was adopted at a meeting of the Union State Council of Minsters in St. Petersburg on 16 June.
