EIB to invest 200 million euros in Belarus projects

Belarus' Permanent Representative to the European Union Alexander Mikhnevich and European Investment Bank (EIB) Vice President Vazil Hudak met in Luxembourg on May 15 and signed a framework agreement on cooperation. The agreement gives a green light to the work of all the three major European financial institutions (EIB, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and the Nordic Investment Bank) to work in Belarus. EIB plans to invest up to 200 million euros in Belarusian projects in 2017, .
