Perhaps, this is the only remaining kids café from the Soviet past. It was temporarily shut down ‘due to loss-making operation caused by the beer sales ban’ but fortunately re-opened. Parents seem to like taking their kids there out of nostalgia for their own childhood memories and tastes. The costs are not completely childish, yet this big-windowed café is located right in the middle of the park and boasts a summer terrace with beautiful views of the park and the river. A lot of amusement machines.
