Vocalists from 19 countries will participate in the fourth edition of the Minsk International Christmas Singing Competition organized by the National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater of Belarus on 14-20 December 2017.
Over a half of Belarusians feel the relations between Belarus and European Union are good, according to the results of the poll carried out by the EU Neighbors East project in March-May 2017 in the Eastern Partnership countries. The sampe for the survey was 1000 people.
Belarus will host the 16th Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Minsk in 2018, European Broadcasting Union (UBC) said in a statement on 15 October. It will be the second time that the Contest will take place in Minsk, following BTRC’s hosting in the Belarusian capital in 2010.
Minsk and Moscow are expected to sign an agreement on mutual recognition of visas by the end of 2017, under the plan of action for 2017-2020 on the development of the common migration space of the Union State.
